Real dates, not promises
The date you see already accounts for the lead time you choose, whether we have your material in the workshop and how long your part takes to make. It is the date we commit to.
We review it before manufacturing
If we can see the part is going to come out badly, we tell you before production and refund you. We would rather lose the order than send you something that breaks.

No minimum quantity and no mould cost. If the order is under €12.00 excluding VAT, a surcharge for the difference is added.
Free shipping from €60.00 excluding VAT
That threshold applies in MRW collection point; for home delivery, from €80.00. Mainland Spain in 24–72 hours and up to 10 kg. Below that, shipping starts at €3.50 depending on weight.
We manufacture it ourselves
We do not subcontract. Your part is made in our workshop in Seville, and if something does not add up you speak to the person who made it.

Sólo pedí una pieza de prueba y quedó exactamente igual que el diseño original, el acabado también fue muy bueno, sin duda les pediré cada pieza del proyecto que estoy desarrollando antes de empezar a producirlo. (Es la pieza blanca que muestro en la foto, la otra pieza es con otro proveedor que me dio peor acabado)

Pedi 5 piezas de metraquilatro de 3 mm, para cerrar mi impresora 3d Elegoo Centauri Carbón con sistema Canvas y va genial, ahora ya se pude imprimir con filamento ABS sin problemas, de maravillas con ustedes

View all questions- How much does it cost to 3D-print a part?
- It depends on the size and material, which is why we tell you straight away instead of giving you a range. Upload your file and you'll see the exact price, including VAT, before registering.
- Do I need to know 3D design to order?
- No. If you have the file, just upload it. If you do not, enter your details in the custom-parts section and we will generate it for you. And if you have a drawing or photos with dimensions, write to us and we will tell you what we need.
- How long does delivery take?
- The standard lead time is 3 working days. If you are in a hurry, you can move your order forward in the production queue: there are 48-hour and 24-hour options. If we do not have your part's material in the workshop, the days it takes to arrive are added, and we tell you before you buy. The date you see is the one we commit to.
- Is there a minimum order?
- There is no minimum number of units: we manufacture from a single part. If the order is under €12.00 excluding VAT, a surcharge for the difference is added, so that setting up the machine pays off.
- What if there is a problem with my file?
- A technician reviews it before manufacturing. If the part is not going to come out properly —walls that are too thin, a hole that could crack the material, an open mesh— we write to you before starting the machine, and if there is no way to manufacture it we cancel the order and refund the full amount. We do not produce something we know will fail.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes, with every order and with a VAT breakdown. If you buy as a company, enter the CIF when paying and we issue it in the company name.
