FDM additive manufacturing

Workshop-quality 3D printing, not garage printing

We manufacture with high-end printers: enclosed chamber, automatic first-layer calibration and a hardened-steel nozzle. That means we can print anything from decorative PLA to polycarbonate or engineering polyamide with the same reliability.

  • From 1 unit, no minimum quantity
  • From decorative PLA to engineering nylon
  • Multicolour with 4-channel AMS
  • 24 h manufacturing if you're in a hurry
3D-printed part built layer by layer

What the workshop can do

We use high-end enclosed printers. We assign the right machine to each part based on what it needs; you do not have to choose anything.

Layer heights

This is the thickness of each line deposited by the printer. The finer it is, the better the finish and the less visible the layers; in return, the part takes longer and costs more. If you are not sure, standard is the best choice for almost everything.

Borrador 0,28 mm

Capa gruesa y visible.

Internal infill

No part is printed solid unless you ask for it: inside, it uses a lattice that adds stiffness with very little material, which keeps the price down. More infill means more strength, but also more material and more machine hours, and very few parts need the maximum.

15 % ligero

Piezas decorativas y maquetas sin exigencia mecánica.

25 % estándar

Uso general. Buena relación resistencia / peso / precio.

40 % resistente

Piezas funcionales con carga moderada.

60 % robusto

Utillaje y piezas sometidas a esfuerzo continuo.

100 % macizo

Máxima resistencia. La más cara: solo compensa en piezas que van a sufrir de verdad.

Materials

Industrial-grade filament with diameter tolerance controlled batch by batch. That is what lets us give reliable time and weight figures in the quote.

The service-temperature and tensile-strength figures are the manufacturer's values from standard test specimens. A printed part is anisotropic: it is considerably weaker in the layer direction. If your part will carry a load, tell us and we will recommend orientation and infill.
