Clear cast acrylic (PMMA)
Classic clear cast acrylic (PMMA): the material polymerises inside a mould instead of being pushed through an extruder, so it carries no internal stresses. You notice it when machining —it does not crack when drilling— and especially on the edge, which comes off the laser bright without polishing. It transmits 92% of light, more than glass, at half the weight and with ten times its impact resistance.

Cast, not extruded
Higher molecular weight: it cuts without internal stress, does not crack when drilled and comes off the laser with a glossy edge.
Cut to the exact size
Any size up to 1000 × 600 mm with a ±0.5 mm tolerance, and no surcharge for unusual dimensions.
