General terms of sale
Last updated: September 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the purchase of on-demand manufacturing services (3D printing by fused material deposition and laser cutting of acrylic (PMMA)) through HazTuPieza, the trading name of Kevin González Geboes, NIF 43219331P, with registered address at Calle Prosperidad 31, 41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla, acting as the seller for all orders placed on this site. By confirming an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.
2. Nature of the service
We do not sell stock items. Every order is manufactured specifically to the customer's chosen specifications: file, material, colour, quality, dimensions, finishes and quantity. This determines the returns policy described in section 8.
3. Prices
- Product prices are shown including 21 % VAT, which is the amount the customer pays. The taxable amount excluding VAT is also shown alongside each price for customers who reclaim it.
- The free-shipping and minimum-order thresholds are stated on the taxable amount, i.e. excluding VAT, and this is clearly indicated wherever they appear.
- The price is calculated automatically from the file geometry and the options selected. The full price is shown in the configurator before purchase.
- The minimum manufacturing charge per order is €12.00 excluding VAT. If the parts add up to less, the order includes a minimum order surcharge for the difference, shown in the cart and in the order summary before payment. There is no minimum number of units.
- Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date they are generated.
4. Placing the order
The order becomes binding when the payment gateway confirms the transaction. Until then, the cart and quotes are for information only and do not bind either party.
5. Technical review
Every file is reviewed by a technician before manufacture. If the design has defects that prevent correct manufacture (large open meshes, thicknesses below the printable minimum, dimensions outside the machine's working volume), the customer will be informed before production starts. If the part cannot be manufactured, the order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded.
6. Delivery lead times
- Lead times are stated in working days and start from payment confirmation.
- The customer can choose shorter lead times by paying the surcharge shown in the configurator. This surcharge covers rescheduling the production queue.
- For orders with several lines with different lead times, the dispatch date for the whole order is determined by the line with the longest lead time, unless the customer requests split shipments.
- Delivery lead times are estimates. A delay not caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence does not entitle the customer to compensation beyond a refund of any urgency surcharge paid.
7. Tolerances and process characteristics
- FDM 3D printing: general dimensional tolerance of ±0.5%, with a minimum of ±0.3 mm.
- Laser cutting of acrylic (PMMA): dimensional tolerance of ±0.5 mm.
- Layer lines, marks from support removal and small shade variations between batches are inherent characteristics of these processes and are not considered defects.
- Printed parts are anisotropic: their mechanical strength is noticeably lower in the direction perpendicular to the layers.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, which is the case for all our products.
This does not affect the legal warranty: if the part has a manufacturing defect, does not match the agreed specifications or arrives damaged, the customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to report it and provide photographs. At the customer's choice, we will remake it at no cost or refund the amount paid.
9. Intellectual property and responsibility for designs
The customer guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the files they submit and that manufacturing them does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. HazTuPieza reserves the right to reject any job it believes infringes third-party rights, constitutes a weapon or part of one, or is otherwise unlawful.
Files submitted remain the customer's property. They are kept for twelve months from the last manufacture solely to allow repeat orders, and deleted sooner if the customer asks.
10. Shipping
Shipping to mainland Spain takes 24-72 hours from dispatch from the workshop and is free for orders of €80.00 or more excluding VAT and up to 10 kg chargeable weight. Below that amount, shipping is calculated from parcel weight and volume and shown before payment, from €4.25. The Balearic Islands have their own rate. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the European Union is available on request. Free collection from the workshop is also available.
11. Payments
We accept card payments through the Getnet gateway with 3D Secure strong authentication, PayPal and bank transfer. HazTuPieza never stores card details.
For bank transfers, the order is reserved but production does not start until the payment is visible in our account. The customer has 5 calendar days from placing the order to transfer the exact amount, using the order code as the payment reference. Once that lead time has passed without payment, the order is automatically cancelled at no cost to the customer, who can place it again whenever they wish. If the amount received does not match the order total, production will not start until it has been corrected.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, unless consumer law requires a different mandatory jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of Seville.
