How it works
We are a workshop, not a middleman. We manufacture everything ourselves on our own machines, so we can give you a calculated price rather than an estimate, and a lead time based on our own queue rather than someone else's.
1. Upload your file or enter the dimensions
For 3D printing we accept STL and OBJ. Analysis happens in your own browser: we read the mesh triangles, calculate volume, surface area and dimensions, and nothing is uploaded until you decide to continue. For acrylic (PMMA), you can enter parametric dimensions or upload an SVG or DXF, from which we extract the cutting length and contours.
- A 20 MB STL is analysed in under a second
- Your files are not public or accessible by URL
- We deduplicate by content: uploading the same file twice does not process it twice
2. Configure it and see the price instantly
Every option you change recalculates the price immediately, with no reload and no waiting.
- Quantity discounts shown before you buy
- Automatic warning if the part does not fit the machine
- Filament purge estimate for multicolour parts
3. A technician reviews your file
Before we start anything, a person opens your model. They check that the mesh is closed, that there are no thicknesses below what can be printed, and choose the orientation that best balances strength and finish. If something does not add up, we write to you before manufacturing, not afterwards.
- Basic mesh repair included
- Orientation and support recommendation
- If the design is not viable, we cancel and refund the full amount
4. We manufacture it
Your job enters the queue with the priority of the lead time you bought. We group identical parts on the same build plate and nest acrylic (PMMA) with other orders to make the best use of the sheet. Once finished, we remove supports, clean the parts and measure critical dimensions.
- Profiles calibrated for each material, not generic ones
- Dimensional inspection of every part
- If a part comes out wrong, we remake it at no cost to you
5. We pack and ship it
Protected packaging, with corner protectors for acrylic (PMMA) and a desiccant bag for hygroscopic materials. Shipping to mainland Spain in 24-72 h, free from €80.00 excluding VAT.
- Tracking number by email
- Protective film left on until you install it
- Invoice with VAT breakdown
How lead times work
The lead time is counted in working days from when the payment gateway confirms payment, not from when you place the order. When you choose a shorter lead time, you are not buying faster machine speed —the machine runs at the speed it runs— but a higher position in the queue. An urgent job means interrupting another one, recalibrating and often printing overnight, and that has a real cost that we would rather charge transparently than spread across every customer.
Standard
3 days
We group your job with others to make the most of the build plate and sheet. It is the most economical option.
No surcharge
Express 48 h
2 days
No waiting for a batch to fill: it goes onto the first machine that becomes free.
+25 % on manufacturing, minimum €4.90
Urgent 24 h
1 day
It goes to the front of every machine queue and onto the first one that becomes free.
+60 % on manufacturing, minimum €12.00
The surcharge is calculated on the manufacturing amount, never on shipping. If your order has several lines with different lead times, the slowest one determines when the whole order ships.
The workshop
We are in an industrial estate in Seville with two production lines: FDM 3D printing and laser cutting of acrylic (PMMA). We deliberately keep the machine fleet small. Concentrating work on a few machines we know well gives more repeatable results than having twenty different machines that are only half calibrated.
We choose filament based on diameter tolerance, which is checked batch by batch. That consistency is what makes the weight and time shown in your quote close to the real figures, instead of just a rough estimate.
Shipping
24-72 h to mainland Spain. Free from €80.00 excluding VAT; below that, from €4.25 depending on weight and size. Balearic Islands have their own rate; for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, contact us.
Returns
Parts are made to order, so there is no right of withdrawal. If a part arrives defective or does not match what you ordered, we will remake it or refund you.
Billing
Invoice with VAT breakdown in the confirmation email. If you are a company, enter your CIF at checkout and we will issue it in the company name.
