3D-printed butt hinge for when no off-the-shelf hinge is the size you need: a box lid, small door, model or scale furniture. Tell us the length, the width with the leaves open and the thickness, plus how many holes you want in each leaf and their diameter, so the screws you're using fit properly. If they have countersunk heads, the holes are countersunk so the heads sit flush and the hinge closes fully. It comes as three parts —the two leaves and a pin that press-fits in and won't come back out— printed without supports and assembled in moments. If you'd rather use a metal shaft, we can make it without the pin and size the hole for your rod or screw.
