Laser-cut MDF divider grid made to the inside dimensions of your box, so each product travels in its own compartment without hitting the one next to it. Tell us the inside dimensions of the box and what you're putting in it —how many, what size and how much free space you want around each one— and we'll calculate how many rows and columns fit and the clearance around each item. If you already know the layout, order it directly: however many compartments lengthwise by however many crosswise. As you configure it, you see the assembled grid in 3D inside your box and a drawing with the dimensions of each compartment, and the price recalculates with every change. It assembles without glue or tools: the strips have slots halfway through their height and interlock, like the dividers in bottle boxes. We cut them slightly shorter than the box so they go in without force. It arrives flat with the strips stacked, so the package takes up very little space. It works for jars, bottles, cosmetic containers, candles, mugs, spare parts or anything else you ship several at a time. If you prepare shipments often, order several kits together: the price per kit drops with quantity. MDF is an indoor fibreboard and doesn't like moisture, and the edge comes out toasted by the cut itself, which is the normal laser finish.
