With the 1:1 file for your RIP and an engraved origin mark

A sheet with the opening for your part repeated across the whole build plate, so every part always drops into the same place. Tell us your machine's build plate and what you print —a card, coaster, badge— and we'll calculate how many fit, where each one goes and number them. The jig comes with what actually makes it useful: a 1:1 scale file to set up the job in the RIP once, and an engraved origin square that ties that file to the physical sheet. Load, print, swap parts and print again without realigning anything. Cut from extruded acrylic (PMMA), which has the most consistent thickness and flatness: in UV printing, head height is what determines focus.
