MDF 3 mm
3 mm medium-density fibreboard, laser cut. It's the low-cost material for models, signs, letters, templates and indoor decoration. The edge comes out toasted by the cut itself: it isn't sanded or polished, that's the finish the laser gives it and part of the look of the part.
Toasted edge, ready as it is
The laser leaves a dark edge: it isn't sanded or polished, that's the board's finish and part of the look of the part.
Cut to the exact size
Any size up to 800 × 400 mm with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm. No surcharge for unusual dimensions.
Indoor use only
Moisture makes it swell and it doesn't return to shape. For anything that will be outdoors, acrylic (PMMA) is a better choice.

How we make it
Automatic nesting
You only pay for the surface area your part uses.
Cut at a calibrated speed
For 3 mm we cut at 10 mm/s. Faster would leave a rough edge; slower would burn it.
Part-by-part inspection
We measure critical dimensions and inspect every part before packing it.
