We send you ONE SHEET with the openings for your part already cut, so you can place it on the build plate and the parts always drop into the same positions. Tell us which machine you have and what you print: we'll calculate how many fit and give you a 1:1 scale file to set up the job in the RIP once. Load, print, swap parts and print again without realigning anything.

The part is 0,76 mm thick and the jig is 3,0 mm: it sits 2,2 mm below the surface of the opening, so the print head will print from that extra height and the edge may come out blurred. Choose the thinnest sheet we have, or ask us for stops instead of an opening.
