Our workshop
High-end enclosed printers, deliberately kept to a small fleet. Concentrating work on a few machines we know well gives more repeatable results than having twenty that are only half calibrated.
You do not have to choose a machine: we assign it based on what your part needs —material, size and whether it uses several colours— and that is already included in the price you see.
What we can manufacture
Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm
This is the maximum size of a part in a single print. If it does not fit, we make it in sections with a joint, and we tell you before charging anything.
Enclosed chamber
Keeps the part at a stable temperature while it prints. This is what lets us work with ABS, ASA, polycarbonate and nylon without cracking or warping as they cool.
Hardened-steel nozzle
Handles abrasive materials —carbon fibre, wood-filled and metal-filled filaments— that would wear through a normal nozzle in a few hours.
Up to 4 spools at once
Multicolour parts in a single print, plus water-soluble support material for perfect contact surfaces.
Automatic first-layer calibration
The machine measures the build plate before every job. It is the difference between the first layer sticking every time and an eight-hour part coming loose on the second layer.
Custom profiles for each material
Each filament family has its own profile calibrated in the workshop, not the manufacturer's generic one. Two parts from the same order come out the same.
