PLA Ingeo 3D850. The cheapest option, the best finish and the fewest printing problems.
It will be used outdoors
PETG if it needs to handle rain and moderate sun, ASA if it will live outdoors permanently without losing colour.
It will get hot
Annealed PLA 3D870 up to around 95 °C, ABS or ASA up to around 100 °C, and polycarbonate above 110 °C.
It needs to bend or absorb impacts
TPU 95A. It is the only elastomer in the catalogue: flexible, elastic and with very high tear resistance.
